Flat Rate Shipping

Totally Immersed Watersports provides a flat fee shipping rate of $19.99 for orders under $300.

  • Regional, rural, and remote location freight surcharges* may apply.
  • Excludes bulky items**.

Free Shipping

Qualify for free shipping on orders with an order value of $300 or above.

  • Excludes Kayaks, SUPS, Sailboats, Eclipse and other bulky items**.
  • Regional, rural, and remote location freight surcharges* may apply.
  • To qualify, your order must be equal to or greater than $300 after any sale discounts or coupons applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges.
  • The Free Shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  • Free shipping applies to orders placed online for delivery and excludes Click and Collect only items.
  • Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping.

* Rural & Remote Location - Freight Surcharges

Regional, rural, and remote delivery locations that cannot be serviced using Australia Post standard flat-rate shipping satchels may incur an additional shipping charge after checkout.

  • The destination address will determine the excess shipping charges.
  • You will be notified of the additional charges and given the option to proceed before being charged.
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged without your approval.

** Bulky Item - Freight Surcharge

Some of our products will attract additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. Bulky products do not qualify for free shipping and will attract additional shipping charges.

  • Bulky items do not qualify for free shipping.
  • A Bulky Item Surcharge will be calculated for items with this notice after you place your order, and you will be advised of the cost by email.
  • The destination address will determine the excess shipping charges.
  • You will be notified of the additional charges and given the option to proceed before your credit card is charged.

Order Turn Around

Standard Delivery Orders will typically ship anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following payment in full.

Multiple Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you check out. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Which Shipping Method

During checkout, you can determine the most efficient shipping method for your order.

  • Ship by Courier, Australia Post or StarTrack.
  • Click and Collect (Pick up in Store).

PO Box & Parcel Lockers

Some Bulky Items will be delivered by StarTrack. StarTrack does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address so your order can be successfully delivered.

Front Door Is Not Easily Accessible

For consignments that can only be delivered by StarTrack, please be aware that the following applies.

In the case where your consignment cannot be delivered because your front door was not easily accessible (for example, you live in a gated property, a rural property that is fenced, pets, or live in a secure apartment building), you agree to be held liable and pay any additional delivery fees that may be charged for any consignment which is redirected or redelivered.

If any of the above apply to you, indicate as such in a note to your order on the Cart page.
