Finding the parts you need online

Use the search facility on the Totally Immersed Watersports website to type in a part number or description and navigate directly to the item you wish to purchase. If you have difficulty finding a Hobie part the best resource is the Hobie Parts & Accessories Catalogue where you can confirm the correct description and item number to search with.

Placing an order online

Simply add items to your online shopping cart and checkout when you have everything you need. When you are done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart before checking out.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  1. Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  2. Your billing address.
  3. The address you want to ship to.
  4. Your preferred shipping method.
  5. Any promotional codes you have received.
  6. Your preferred payment type.
  7. Any additional instructions/comments you might want to add.

Park your Shopping Cart

Not ready to finalise your order? Need to get approval from the Minister of Finance? If you are logged in while shopping its reassuring to know that the items in your cart are automatically saved until you delete them or check out. This way you can start and stop your shopping session and still be able to see all the items in your cart anytime you come back and sign in.

Changing An Order

The "order confirmation review" page lists your order information and gives you a last chance to make any changes. Your order will not be placed and payment will not be required if you do not click "confirm order".

Confirming An Order

When you click "confirm order" on the order confirmation page, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours (usually almost immediately). We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Express Checkout Process

Create an account with us and you can store your billing and shipping information on our secure server, so you would not have to type them in every time you check out.

Cancelling An Order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email or call the store as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Please bear in mind that we ship once daily. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once we start production.

Order Status & Order Confirmation

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order:

The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive almost immediately.

The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive shortly after your package has been shipped.
