The CMLB series utilizes Hobie HCX construction that is economical, light weight, strong and moulded for a consistent shape that is true to the original master shape.

The board has a full outline, flatter deck with full tucked rails for stability.

The bottom design begins with concave in the nose transitioning into a nice flat bottom under foot for stability that flows into to a high-performance tail with ample vee and double concave for tight loose turning with plenty of drive out of turns.

It is a great board for flat water paddling with the added bonus of a great longboard surfing SUP.

The cool new resin swirl nose panel connects with Hobies resin rich surfing history showing our commitment to the craft of building high quality surfboards and SUPs.
