This catamaran is equipped with all the necessary features required to compete at an international level, but also allow for cruising around your favourite waterway.

A Catamaran for Young Sailors

The Dragoon sailboats features include a durable fibreglass construction, aerodynamic design, and powerful rig to sail in Hobie Class Regattas. Its unique because its the only international multihull junior/youth class sailboat specifically designed to used twin trapeze and 3 sails. The boat is designed for sailors who are ready to learn how to compete at the highest level of performance racing. Young sailors will be trained from initiation through this catamaran that has been specifically built for recreational beach sailing or competitive race sailboat training.

Start Your Sailing Career Off Right: The Dragoon Catamaran

There is a Harken main sheet, jib, and spinnaker blocks, as well as twin trapeze wires. The main sail has been specially designed for this model of Hobie Cat sailboat so it can be used in Hobie Class Regattas. The mainsail also comes with optional spinnaker sail area (Hobie Dragoon Xtrem) so sailors can try out the high-performance racing sailboat training on this catamaran.
